The program has been successful in the UK with results showing significant improvements in children's health and well-being, teaching the next generation how to develop self-confidence and problem-solving skills in a way that improves their physical and emotional well-being, as well as their lifestyle.

I am glad to represent the non-profit Organization “A Dream from Greece”, and to coordinate their “Open Discussions” with their partners. This time, I welcomed to the panel the great teacher, researcher, and scientist, Mr. Panagiotis Stambolis. Mr. Stambolis is a psychotherapist/character analyst, who explained to us the extremely topical issue of Puberty in the new era crisis.
An interesting discussion on national identity in Greek historiography with historian and archaeologist Mr. Nikolaos Gigourtakis.Mr. Gigourtakis is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of History and Archaeology in the Byzantine Archaeology of the University of Crete. He holds a Master’s degree from the Department of History and Archaeology of the Interdisciplinary Program of the University of Crete.

It was a pleasure to discuss with the Heartpaedia team about the mental health challenges that have now become the norm among employees across all organizational levels.
Certain factors in the workplace as well as the way we conduct our daily work are not sustainable and affect our mental health in a negative way.
Employees should not have to face mental health challenges individually, whilst employers and companies should ultimately invest more in mental health support for employees.
We offer effective solutions to many problems faced by employees in their work environment.
